Position: Internal Sales (Permanent)
White Label is excited to be working with a leading industrial manufacturer in their search for an Internal Customer Service Representative.

Location:

Bradford (BD4)
Salary:
Up to £31,000 per year + bonus

Benefits:

* Bonus scheme

* Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 1:00pm or 3:00pm finish (two week rotation)

* Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays, a birthday holiday, and the option to purchase up to 5 additional days

About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Internal Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. The successful candidate will support sales operations, process customer orders efficiently, handle enquiries and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Order Processing:
Accurately process customer sales orders using internal systems, ensuring timely delivery and keeping customers informed of any issues. Handle complaints and create credit notes as required.

* Enquiries & Quotations:
Process customer enquiries and quotations promptly. Provide guidance on product selection and solutions, follow up on offers, and use company pricing systems correctly.

* Sales Support:
Support sales activities, promote products, identify opportunities for additional sales, and contribute to achieving team sales goals.

Knowledge &

Skills:

* Experience with SAP, Visual, Word, Excel, or CRM systems (advantageous)

* Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
