Details:
Locality social workers required 3 months initial term with option to extend. Come and join us at the trust in the city of culture. We are looking for social workers with experience in working with children in families at CIN, CP, PLO and care proceedings. We offer flexible working arrangements and access to training and support. Our teams are small in structure to ensure good management support and supervision.

We ensure that the number of children and families you work with is manageable to ensure that our families are able to receive a good quality service from us.

• DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work
• Social Work England registration
• Enhanced and in date DBS certificate.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to make good decisions based on information available.
• Can work alone and within/contribute to a team/multi-agency set ups
• Possess knowledge of service needs.
• Competent IT skills and be able to navigate electronic file/recording systems.
• Can write clear, concise, and robust assessment/reports/files.
• Have a flexible approach to work and working hours when the need arises
