Do you want a job that actually makes a difference? A role where you can help young people take their first steps toward independence? If you're passionate about supporting others and love the idea of being a positive influence, this could be your perfect fit!

Our client provides short-term accommodation and life-changing support for young people aged 16-18, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children. You'll be helping them build confidence, learn essential life skills, and prepare for a brighter future.

What You'll Be Doing (and Loving):

  • Be the go-to person for young people, offering guidance through individual support plans.
  • Boost their wellbeing by encouraging healthy habits and positive choices.
  • Help shape futures by engaging them in education, training, and work opportunities.
  • Create a safe, supportive vibe where feedback is welcomed and voices are heard.
  • Teach independence with tenancy skills, money management, and confidence-building.
  • Get creative with activities like cook-and-eat sessions, gardening, and house meetings.
  • Safeguard and protect - because their safety is your top priority.

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone who can keep professional boundaries while being approachable and supportive.
  • A champion of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and ready to learn.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO SPONSOR SHIPS ARE PROVIDED FOR THIS ROLE SO YOU MUST HOLD A VALID UK RIGHT TO WORK

Experience & Knowledge:

  • You've worked with children or young people before.
  • You understand the challenges faced by care leavers and asylum-seeking children.
  • Or you're willing to learn and grow with us!

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • 6 weeks holiday (plus Bank Holidays!)
  • A role that's rewarding every single day
  • Training and development opportunities
  • The chance to truly change lives
