Freeway Recruitment are looking to register Class 1 Night Drivers;

Description:

Working for our customer who Specialise in warehousing, general transport and distribution
National and regional delivery of goods
Night work can include RDC to RDC single drops, or 1 - 3 deliveries/collections
Driver must ensure all goods are safely strapped and not overloaded due to nature of product and legal overloading weights
Please ensure you ask any questions to site contact when you have had a briefing of the delivery run, including, loading or safe transportation of goods etc.
Expected to complete Hirers shift delivery schedule (deliveries, collections, internal runs etc, plus any reasonable overtime expected to carry out the role successfully
No set finish time due to nature of professional driving work
For this role you must:
 
* Have a full and valid Class 1 Licence and have held this for a minimum of 12 months and have been driving consecutively for one year.
 
* No more than 6 points on licence with no DR , DD , IN , CD or other endorsements that lead to a ban.
 
* A full and valid Tacho card and an in date valid CPC Qualification with card.
Requirements:
 
* Be competent and able to follow Health & Safety practises and procedures at all time
 
* Be reliable and hold excellent time keeping
 
* Hold a flexible ‘can do’ attitude to your work
 
* Good command of English both written and spoken
 
* Excellent communication skills
 
* Keep vehicle is kept clean and tidy at all times
 
* Have excellent geographic knowledge of UK road network
 
* Have a positive attitude and a professional work ethic
 
* Smart appearance, as you will be representing Freeway Recruitment & our Client

£17.00ph Paye (Holiday Pay Accrued) - £19.05ph Paye (Holiday Pay Paid Out)
