They’re now seeking a proactive freight professional who enjoys managing shipments end-to-end and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of import and export shipments, ensuring smooth, efficient movement of goods around the world.

• Coordinating global import/export operations
• Scheduling transport with hauliers, carriers, and overseas agents
• Building strong client and partner relationships
• Providing accurate shipment updates and handling issues with confidence
• Completing customs entries, commercial documents, and invoicing
• Monitoring job costs and ensuring timely billing
• Taking ownership of files from origin through to final delivery

• 2+ years’ experience within UK freight forwarding
• Understanding of air, sea, or road freight procedures
• Good knowledge of customs clearance and international documentation
• Experience with systems like Cargowise, Multifreight, or similar
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage several shipments at once
