Rotating 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm

Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role?
We are a growing packaging business based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, and we’re on the lookout for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee daily operations across a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives to meet productivity and safety targets
Oversee inbound and outbound goods, stock control, and general warehouse operations
Ensure smooth shift handovers and effective communication across shifts
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
Monitor and report on KPIs, addressing any performance or operational issues
Operate Counterbalance FLT as required to support warehouse tasks

Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) license – Essential
Strong understanding of warehouse processes, health & safety, and team management
Flexible approach to shift work and the ability to lead by example
Excellent communication and organisational skills
