Shifts: Rotating 6am 2pm / 2pm 10pm
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role?
We are a growing packaging business based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, and we re on the lookout for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee daily operations across a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives to meet productivity and safety targets
• Oversee inbound and outbound goods, stock control, and general warehouse operations
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and effective communication across shifts
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
• Monitor and report on KPIs, addressing any performance or operational issues
• Operate Counterbalance FLT as required to support warehouse tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) license Essential
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, health & safety, and team management
• Flexible approach to shift work and the ability to lead by example
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
