You will be joining a leader in modern housing solutions. This business manufactures its own in‑house construction system, utilized for high‑quality new‑build housing. You will be managing the production of structural panels and also various fixtures and fittings for finished houses.

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing team leader with at least two years' experience of managing production teams who can:

• Manage the production process in line with drawings and specifications
• Monitor, organise and communicate stock levels
• Manage tool and instrument maintenance, certification and repairs
• Manage direct reports including probation reviews, PDR's, and 1 to 1's
• Responsible for the safe operating of the working shift
