As a Rituals Advisor, you are part of our store team. You engage directly with customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on which of our products are the perfect match for them. You turn every customer interaction into a memorable experience. By working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll reach your personal goals and the store’s goals, ensuring a best‑in‑class experience.

You’ll follow store operational and safety procedures and keep the store clean and tidy according to visual merchandising standards.

High on energy, low on ego, and with a little humor, you connect with customers and make them feel  are professional and excited about our brand, showing customers how our products can make them feel even better.

• Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.
