- Interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and work instructions.
- Use precision measuring tools to verify complex parts meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Record and report nonconformances, including identification and documentation.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
- Collaborate with production and engineering in a safety-focused, continuous improvement culture.
- Ability to read and apply blueprint/specification requirements.
- Strong measurement and inspection skills using precision metrology tools.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused judgment to meet strict requirements.
- Solid documentation and problem-solving skills for nonconformance tracking.
- Effective teamwork and communication with cross-functional groups.
