- Pay: $35.20/hour

BRAMCAN CONSTRUCTION INC. is hiring Construction Helpers to support residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Ontario. This is a high-paying, entry-level opportunity with on-site staff accommodation and training provided—ideal for newcomers, youth, and individuals seeking a fresh start in the trades.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- Clean and lubricate cranes and equipment
- Work on industrial, commercial, and residential sites
- Follow safety protocols in outdoor, noisy, and dusty environments
- No degree or prior experience required—we will train you
- Basic English communication
- Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- Willingness to relocate and work in rural or remote areas
- Own transportation (public transit available)
