Responsibilities:

• Provide front-linecustomer service and sales for the Service Department
• Greeting customers onthe phone or in the Dealership
• Providing repair recommendations
• Explaining the natureof repairs
• Advising customers howto look after their vehicles
• Scheduling appointments
• Selling labour
• Providing anextraordinary experience for all customers

Qualifications:

• CDK experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to sellrequired maintenance
• Ability to work as apart of a TEAM
• Ability to work in afast-paced environment
