Junior Parts Advisor Job Brampton area,Ontario Canada,Retail

Job Duties

Greets and assists all customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Delivers parts to the shop when needed and distributes to the appropriate technician.

Sells parts through the shop, by phone, over the counter to customers.

Assists walk-in and wholesale customers with the selection of parts and informs customers about the product line.

Prepares orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick-up.

Reviews files weekly to keep track of back orders.

Issues credit for parts returned.

Assists with shipping/receiving when necessary.

Performs other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.

What We Look For:

Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

Previous parts experience is an asset but not required - training will be provided.

CDK experience is considered an asset.

Strong automotive knowledge.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong computer skills and ability to learn and utilize electronic parts catalogues.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Strong communication skills.
