Role SummaryOur Sales Associates are critical to store success. Your job is to create the best possible customer experience, listening to each customer, offering recommendations, and communicating product knowledge. You also educate customers on UGG’s sustainability initiatives and social commitments, while working as part of a dynamic team to achieve business goals.
DescriptionAs a Sales Associate you greet customers promptly, provide exceptional service from start to finish, and communicate store policies, including returns and dress code. You will operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, maintain a clean back‑stock area, and merchandise products according to visual standards. You must report to work on time and notify the Store Manager if you will be late or absent.

- High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands vision and mission to team members and customers
- Highly motivated team player and self‑starter
- Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet business needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver’s license
