Farm Hand​/Labourer

Dickson Farms Ventures Ltd. is a diversified potato, cattle, and grain operation located in Carberry, Manitoba. We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Farm Hand/Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on agricultural work, values a strong work ethic, and wants stable, year-round employment in a farming environment.

• Punctuality is key
• Work independently when required and contribute positively as part of a team
• Assist with day-to-day farm operations involving potatoes, cattle, and grain
• Operate farm machinery and assist with routine maintenance and repairs
• Perform general farm labor included with planting, harvesting, feeding, and livestock care
• Support seasonal workloads and extended hours during peak times
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

• Previous experience in farming or agriculture would be an asset but not necessary
• Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions with physical stamina and a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with farm machinery operation and maintenance is an asset
• Valid Class 5 driver?s license required (
  Class 1 is an asset)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
