Outdoor Caretaker

We are looking for an Outdoor Caretaker for our building.
Requirements:- 60 hours per month - flexible - generally Monday to Friday except when snow removal is needed
- Be able to work early mornings and weekends if snow removal is required
- Mechanically inclined and able bodied
- Class 5 Drivers License
- Knowledge of lawn mowers, snow blowers, leaf blowers and small engines
- Ability to operate power tools
- Must be responsible, self‑motivated, work independently without supervision and be able to work with others
- Good at problem solving
- Willing to work in hot or cold weather
- 3 references required
- Current Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry
- Suitable for retired or semi‑retired individual
