Job DescriptionAssistant Manager, e-Learning will support the team in the Centre for e-Learning in procuring, managing and operating IIIDEM’s e-learning platform. The role includes providing backend support for virtual classrooms, assisting in managing digital platforms, and ensuring smooth operation of the e-learning system.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with e-LMS Platform vendor to ensure timely delivery, quality checks, and integration with IIIDEM systems.
- Coordinate with content agencies to onboard courses onto the e-LMS platform.
- Manage and administer the e-LMS platform, reporting and monitoring, and provide necessary reports to Centres and Schools.
- Assist in the setup, scheduling, and smooth functioning of virtual classrooms for online and hybrid training sessions.
- Provide backend support for IIIDEM’s e-learning portal, mobile apps, feedback systems, and digital repositories.
- Skills in e-learning technologies and platform management.
- System administration skills.
- Vendor management and coordination skills.
- Project Management skills.
- Experience managing or assisting e-learning or ICT-based training platforms.
- Exposure to virtual training technologies.
- Familiarity with web-based content management systems.
- Understanding of cloud storage, user access, and system security practices.
