Quality Supervisor – reports to the Quality Manager. Supervise QC inspection teams and ensure quality documentation meets codes, customer and program requirements.

• Supervise QC Inspections and support daily work activities.
• Ensure quality programs fully implemented and inspections performed on schedule.
• Train staff and coach for professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation submittals and compliance with specifications, drawings and codes.
• Coordinate with customers, owners and code inspectors.
• Support quality procedures, work instructions and records management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Post‑secondary education in welding technology, QA/QC or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication inspection / quality assurance in a lead role.
• Good communication, organizational and computer literacy (MS Office, databases).
• Knowledge of ASME, CSA codes, ISO 9001, CWB, nuclear and non‑nuclear ASME & CSA codes.
• Level II or equivalent weld inspector (asset).
• Training in PT, MT, VT, calibration methods.
