Lactalis Heritage Dairy Inc in Brattleboro, VT, is hiring a Quality Lab Technician for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu 10pm–6:30am). The role tests materials and finished products, performs microbiological analyses, and ensures compliance with product specs.
Responsibilities include physical/chemical analyses, pH and metal detection checks, sensory evaluations, and environmental testing, with emphasis on documentation and teamwork in a cleanroom environment. Proficiency in Word/Excel is required.
