Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in Indiana. The role involves resident care, coordinating with Wellness Director, supervising medication, and assisting with Activities of Daily Living as needed.
The nurse will maintain relationships with residents and families, report changes to leadership, assist with assessments and staff training, and participate in meetings.
