Role DescriptionAs a Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator, you will oversee end‑to‑end planning and procurement activities for a portfolio of externally sourced medicinal products supporting global clinical trials. You will develop supply plans, manage vendor interactions, conduct market assessments, and ensure timely availability of materials for ongoing studies.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain global supply plans by translating MRP requirements and product setup data into actionable procurement and planning activities.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and clinical supply teams to ensure continuous availability of critical medicinal products for patient studies.
- Conduct market assessments and gather intelligence to determine optimal sourcing strategies based on demand, availability, cost, quality, expiry, and other relevant criteria.
- Resolve sourcing, delivery, and invoicing issues to prevent delays in clinical studies and research milestones.
- Coordinate labeling, packaging, and global shipments in partnership with internal teams and external manufacturers; support import/export requirements and trade processes.
- Perform quarterly purchase order and invoice reconciliation with Finance; maintain accurate costing and ERP records.
- Execute ERP and procurement system tasks including SKU creation, master data updates, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions.
- Create and maintain documentation in PLM and document management systems; manage trackers, dashboards, and SharePoint sites.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects focused on operational excellence and process improvements.
- 2+ years of experience with a degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and a quick learner.
- Very confident with digital tools, tech‑savvy, and data‑driven.
- High attention to detail and precision.
