Overview

Master Technician role at Stellantis &You UK based at our Brentford dealership. We are looking for an experienced vehicle technician to diagnose complex systems across the whole range of vehicle systems, including EV, and to perform routine service and repairs. Compensation and Benefits
  • Sign-On Bonus: £1500 from 1st September 2025
  • £250 upon accreditation with Stellantis &You
  • Additional bonuses up to £50,000 based on efficiency and quality

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose complex symptoms across the full vehicle range and conduct routine service and repairs
  • Ensure quality and a first-time fix to delight customers
  • Communicate with customers to understand issues
  • Provide feedback resolutions to Stellantis technical platforms
  • Develop skills to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology, including EV
  • Lead by example and support colleagues; assist and train with technical tasks
  • Complete video vehicle health checks to identify issues and opportunities
  • Maintain a clean and safe work bay
Qualifications
  • NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology via IMI or City & Guilds Level 3 as a minimum
  • Additional manufacturer training recognition
  • Experience with Hybrid/EV technologies
