Retail Renault Group UK Ltd. – Motor Retail Sales Controller

Renault London West is looking for an experienced motor retail sales controller to join our busy dealership in Brentford (TW8). The role involves assisting the Sales Manager to implement used car sales policy.

You will be supporting a Sales Team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care. Our large, lively showroom features used cars from the popular Renault and Dacia ranges, and you will also be selling add‑ons such as finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add‑ons, all of which enhance your own personal earnings.

• Experience in motor vehicle retail preferably with a main dealer
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Determination to succeed and professionalism
• Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)

An average minimum of 45 hours per week working a 5.5‑day week on a 2‑week variable rota pattern. You will work 5 days one week and 6 days the following week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

• Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm. Starting at 8:30 am week 1 and 8 am week 2.
• Saturdays, working between the hours of 8:30 am and 5 pm.
• Sundays, working between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm.

• Basic salary of £30,500 pa with an on‑target earnings of £60,000 pa
