Parts Apprentice

As a Trade Parts Apprentice, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and sales of automotive parts and accessories. Tasked with assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts, processing orders and handling returns efficiently.

• Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times
• Process parts orders efficiently, considering customer needs, timelines, and costs
• Handle payments securely and maintain financial integrity
• Keep customers informed about order status and delivery updates
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of parts as required
• Maintain accurate records for parts, stock, and product information
• Control stock effectively, updating locations and records immediately
• Monitor and manage sales debtors to maintain financial control
• Participate in stock checks (perpetual and annual) and maintain department cleanliness and security
• Provide administrative and customer support, including answering calls and processing trade orders

• Aged 16 or over
• GCSE (or equivalent) grade A*-C or 9-4 in Maths and English
• Good IT literacy and the ability to use laptops/tablets to be able to obtain technical information and guidance
• A desire to learn about our customers, our products, and our new technologies

• Basic Vehicle or Systems Maintenance knowledge

Our main Centre conveniently located on the A4 and just a short walk from the vibrant Chiswick High Road, with free staff parking just a short walk away or Gunnersbury Tube or Chiswick Park Station are within a 15-minute walk.

We have a dedicated satellite after-sales service near Kew, easily accessible from the A4 with onsite parking.
