Location:
Essex
Salary: £30-38,000
A forward-thinking and rapidly growing architectural practice based in Essex is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Architect to join its expanding team. Key Responsibilities
Attend site visits and client meetings to support project delivery
Produce technical and 3D drawings for planning applications
Prepare detailed technical packages for Building Regulations approval
Coordinate information with external consultants and stakeholders
Support the delivery of multiple projects concurrently
Assist with project administration and general studio duties
Represent the practice at networking and industry events as required
Candidate Requirements
ARB registered
Experience working in a UK based practice
Full, clean UK driving licence with access to a car
Experience working on UK residential projects
Strong working knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods
Proficiency in AutoCAD, with familiarity in 3D software such as Sketch Up or equivalent
Good understanding of the UK planning process
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
