Position: Onderhoudsmonteur, engineer.
Actively participate in various trainings organized by the company to enhance after-sales service capabilities and service quality.
In accordance with the company's norms and requirements, provide timely and effective after-sales service support to customers.
Be responsible for providing online and on-site handling of machine quality issues for customers in the markets covered by the subsidiary.
Be responsible for the application and replacement of equipment maintenance parts for the markets covered by the subsidiary.
Be responsible for the installation and commissioning of new equipment in the markets covered by the subsidiary.
Negative Mai provides customers with training on operation and use, maintenance and upkeep, as well as handling simple problems.
Strictly abide by and implement all kinds of safety precautions required by the company and at the customer's site to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during the service process.
In line with the company's service work arrangements, it is obligated to travel to other business regions/countries of the company to provide after-sales service support.
It is responsible to put forward suggestions for improving the quality of the machine during the after-sales service process.
Be responsible for assisting other colleagues in the subsidiary to complete the on-site inventory work of the subsidiary's spare parts warehouse
It is responsible for proposing suggestions on spare parts from the subsidiary's spare parts warehouse during the after-sales service process.
Assist in completing other service tasks assigned by the headquarters' Technical Service Department.

College or bachelor degree, major in mechanical manufacturing, electric engineering, automation or plastic material or equal;
~3 years service work or technical support work experience in injection molding machine industry or related industry;
~ Proficient in mastering the electrical schematic, hydraulic schematic, and mechanical assembly/component drawings of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment;
~ Possess English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
~ Proficient in the operation and maintenance of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment;
~ Knowledge of conventional plastic raw materials;
~ Ability and willingness to travel overnight, including international travel;
~ Having an electrician's certificate or an equivalent one can meet the requirements of the local country for after-sales service work.

Annual Bonus: additional 1 month salary for KPI bonus
