The Manager of Community Impact at Pennrose Management Company leads and supports onsite Community Impact Coordinators to deliver compliant, meaningful programs across our Pennrose communities in PA, NJ, and DE.
Role requires 65–75% travel, a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field, 5–6 years of experience in social services within multi-family housing, and a valid driver’s license. You will supervise staff, develop plans, and report on program performance.
