Key responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth through business development and sales - your success will directly influence your earnings Deliver bespoke staffing solutions, becoming an expert in your specialism Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, and placing candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidate Exceed targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Who we're looking for Sales professionals with a proven track record of hitting targets Recruiters seeking structured progression and higher earnings Confident communicators who can build relationships and influence decisions Resilient, driven, and motivated by a fast-paced environment.
