The Role TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an established and well-regarded law firm in Bridgend is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or experienced conveyancer looking for a supportive environment, quality work, and a manageable caseload. You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, with appropriate administrative support in place.

Key Responsibilities Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Handling re-mortgages and transfers of equity Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements Meeting agreed targets and deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance About You Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Residential Conveyancer Able to run files independently with minimal supervision Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing matters Excellent communication and client care skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities Whats on Offer Competitive salary, dependent on experience Hybrid working options Supportive and collaborative team environment Sensible caseloads with good administrative support Long-term career development opportunities For a confidential discussion or further details, please get in touch with Hannah Williams at TSR Legal for a confidential discussion on or send your CV directly below.
