We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a single-occupancy children’s residential home in Bridgend. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and compliant childcare professional looking for a supportive, well-planned management structure and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

* Full operational management of the children’s residential home

* Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and safeguarding standards

* Deliver high-quality, child-centred and trauma-informed care

* Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team

* Manage referrals, care planning, and risk assessments

* Build effective relationships with external professionals and stakeholders

Essential Requirements

* Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within residential childcare

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)

* Strong knowledge of CIW inspection frameworks

* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
