We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team at Peter Alan. This is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator
, you’ll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, and progress lets through to exchange and completion.

• Preferably an experienced sales person
• Exceptional customer care/service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hold a Full UK driving license
