Permanent/full-time 35 hours per week
Shifts:

Between 07:00 and 17:00 – enjoy your free evenings!

We’re hiring aMobile Chefto join our passionate team at HMP Parc working across our sites in the South and Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your culinary career with a world-leading organisation that values work-life balance.

You MUST be flexible and have your own reliable transportation.

• Work with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Mentor and supervise enhanced inmates with food preparation and cooking meals.
• Follow recipes and maintain accurate kitchen records
• Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Previous cheffing experience
• Flexibility and have your own reliable transportation with business insurance.
