Team Leader – Bridgend Outlet at Body Shop (The)

As an aspirational leader, you will support the Store Management team in driving retail excellence, achieving strong sales results, and delivering an engaging customer experience.

• Handle customer concerns efficiently & effectively, sharing feedback with Store Management as needed.
• Problem‑solve proactively using available resources.
• Support upkeep of store layout & visual merchandising, inventory management & other store operations as needed.
• Communicate effectively & role‑model flexibility & responsibility to your team.
• Leverage knowledge of the beauty market, competitors & products.
• Shape a customer‑focused store experience by coaching Customer Consultants to drive engagement through products, campaigns & activism.
• Meet sales & performance targets.
• Identify & attract high‑potential candidates & develop current team members to succeed in their goals, support training & onboarding of new Customer Consultants.

• Experience in a customer‑facing role and genuine passion for beauty & retail industry.
• Strong communication & listening skills with operational competence.
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers & provide appropriate solutions.
• Positive mindset with willingness to continuously develop yourself.
• Multitask, manage time & work flexible hours.
• Work independently with minimal direction.
