** The Role**:  Vital Structures LLC has an opportunity for a self-motivated and results-driven Building  Envelope/Engineer/Project Manager to perform, assist and manage projects to fulfill a broad scope of  client needs. You will be engaging in field work at sites ranging from new to 150-years-old. You will be  performing design calculations, attending pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, drawing/detail  preparation, design, bid assistance as well as construction administration services.

Your knowledge of material manufacturer systems and  products, research, communication and specification will bring great value to our team. * Qualifications:

* • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar accredited degree required.  
• 4+ years’ experience in Building Technology, Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering required.  
• E.I.T Registration required.  
• P.E. License preferred.  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• Valid driver’s license  
• Authorization to work in the United States
** Company Overview**:  Vital Structures LLC is a consulting engineering firm that specializes in building envelope  sciences and technology, structural engineering and the repair and restoration of buildings. Our  client base includes mostly private commercial, industrial, institutional, educational, medical,  life-sciences, condominium and residential properties. The services we provide include property  evaluation, assessment and condition surveys, forensic investigation of leaks and other  construction defects, construction design and specification preparation, project administration and  contractor oversight, and litigation support.

Vital Structures LLC was founded in 1991. Our office is located in Bridgewater MA and we serve Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, as well as greater New  England.
