US Citizenship or Permanent (Green Card)and Manufacturing Industry experience Required

- Identify and evaluate suppliers
- Prepare and issue RFQs; analyze bids and prepare bid tabs
- Negotiate price, terms, scope, and delivery schedules
- Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders
- Expedite suppliers and track equipment and material deliveries
- Review invoices, approve payments, and maintain accurate records
- Resolve supplier disputes
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Occasional domestic and international travel to supplier facilities
- US Citizenship or Permanent (Green Card) Required.
- 5+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in manufacturing is needed.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with supplier evaluation and contract management
- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory, and supply management systems
- Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Associate or bachelor’s degree ; high school diploma or equivalent required
