Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential Child Sexual Exploitation Service (CSE), Care Tech Bridgnorth, Shropshire.

• Pay: £30,160 per annum (annual average with sleep‑in bonus £3,000 rising to £31,140 after 18 months)
• Welcome Bonus: £2,000

• Provide person‑centred support to children and young people in a residential setting, actively enabling them to achieve their personal best.
• Work within an experienced and supportive team, fostering a unified approach to safeguarding and welfare of all children.
• Participate in inductions, ongoing training, and continuous development offered by the Learning & Development team.

• Experience and ability to demonstrate integrity, accountability, commitment, responsibility, and person‑centred working.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two references covering the past two years, including reference information for all positions related to working with children and the vulnerable.
• Proven track record of supporting children and young people in a high‑quality care setting.

• Rate of Pay: £14.50 per hour
• Additional:
  Overtime paid at 1.25x
