• Support Site and Project Managers in overseeing daily site activities, ensuring smooth execution of construction works.
• Manage and motivate construction teams, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Administer works contracts and oversee subcontractors to uphold project timelines and quality.
• Assist in developing and maintaining risk registers, ensuring proactive management of potential issues.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors, attending key meetings to drive project success.
• Support reporting efforts, including internal documentation and client updates.
• Escalate issues promptly to facilitate early resolution and project continuity.
• Contribute to health and safety management and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Proven experience in construction management, preferably within large‑scale projects.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and contractual administration skills.
• Effective communication and reporting capabilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.

• Experience working on nuclear or high‑profile infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Additional certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, or NEBOSH.

• Relevant degree or qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a construction management role, ideally within large or complex projects.
• Ideally, candidates will have CCNSG certification and come from a mechanical or piping background.

• Full‑time availability, Monday to Friday, on‑site at the project location.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Commitment to health and safety excellence and environmental standards.
