Hunts Recruitment islooking for committed and compassionate Female Waking Night Support Workers for a caring team working with adults with additional learning needs in Fareham - Job Type: Permanent, Full Time - Salary: £30,825.60

8pm-8am based on 48hours per week (4 shifts per week) - NVQ 2 or above preferred but not essential There is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be female in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. You will be offered the following benefits:

- To contribute and participate in providing quality care and life experiences to vulnerable people - To help provide a therapeutic, structured and relaxed environment in which service users can develop and enjoy their lives.

- To assist in the overall daily management of the home by taking responsibility for coordinating activities during a shift as required.

- To support and advise new and less experienced staff in the implementation of procedures and service user guidelines.

- To ensure that medication is administered in line with both Company Policy and CQC guidelines (training provided) - To ensure accurate recordings and reporting of all accidents and incidents that may occur involving service users and/or staff and to record relevant information in the appropriate place Additional Information:

These additional duties will normally be to cover unforeseen circumstances or changes in work.
