We’re looking for a dedicated Activities Lead to inspire, guide, and coordinate our activities team, ensuring residents enjoy engaging, person-centred programmes that enrich their daily lives. You’ll lead by example, creating and delivering activities that spark joy, foster connection, and enhance wellbeing inside the home, outdoors in our beautiful grounds, on mini-bus outings, and even on our mini-farm, where alpacas, geese, chinchillas, rabbits, and tortoises bring smiles through pet therapy.

  • Onsite parking and uniform provided
  • Join a supportive, family-oriented team environment with opportunities to lead and develop.
Your Role

You will lead the planning and delivery of dementia-friendly monthly programmes, oversee and mentor the activities team, facilitate one-to-one and group sessions, take residents on mini-bus outings, and integrate our grounds and friendly animals into everyday activities, creating meaningful engagement, joy, and connection for all residents, while monitoring participation, supporting individual needs, and keeping accurate records.

About You

  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor others.
  • Creative, empathetic, energetic, and highly organised.
