Location is flexible. Infrequent travel for some meetings in Bristol/Birmingham is required.

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic person to join the E&B Systems Team. This permanent role is part of our development team.

The role offers a wide variety of work and develops widely transferable skills. It focuses on support and delivery of technical digital solutions to address business problems and support major digital transformation. We want someone who understands how digital tools can help our regulatory work and how to build, support, and develop solutions to help staff in their front-line work.

We are looking for a flexible individual who manages themselves, comfortable working in dispersed project groups, and able to lead on technical development areas and solutions.

• Support and delivery of technical digital solutions to address business problems.
• Build, support, and develop solutions to assist staff in front-line work.
• Lead on technical development areas and solutions.
• Manage tasks independently and collaborate within dispersed project groups.

You should have skills in digital product management or be an experienced environment practitioner. You should be comfortable with tools such as Power Platform, Sharepoint, DCP (Document Core Pack), Canvas Apps, Microsoft Access and have the capability of application configuration.

You will be skilled in addressing the needs of internal and external customers, have a good understanding of business problems, and be able to think innovatively to develop solutions.

Key technical skills include developing strong partnerships with staff, conveying technical understanding to non-technical clients, collaborating with customers, and sustaining partner relationships.
