Location: Bridgwater (TA6)
Pay: £15-£18 per hour
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until 2028
Madigan Gill are currently looking for experienced Lead Labourer / Ganger for a long-term project in Bridgwater (TA6).
Role Details:- Leading and coordinating a team of labourers
- Assisting with general labouring and site duties
- Communicating with site management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Helping maintain site safety and housekeeping standards
- Previous experience as a Lead Labourer / Ganger
- CSCS card required
- No SSSTS needed
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable and proactive attitude
