Metal Polishers / Fettlers / Deburrers Gloucester £27,000 - £32,000  4-day week  Monthly Bonus  Overtime  Holiday Unique opportunity to join a business with fantastic retention due to their monthly profit-sharing scheme. This company is a sub-contract aerospace precision engineering company and are expanding their manufacturing operations by looking for Metal Polishers, Deburrers and Fettlers.

In this role you will work with a great team of people within the metalwork department. The roles are based on a 37-hour week with overtime paid at a premium above this. Monthly bonuses are paid between 5-25% due to the employee share scheme.

The Person
* Background with either Metal Polishing, Deburring or Fettling
* Any background with above experience considered
