• Safely unload refrigerated vehicles
  , typically handling up to three deliveries per day, ensuring goods are managed with care and efficiency.
• Operate palletised handling equipment
  , such as pump trucks, or perform trailer swaps depending on the shift schedule, maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
• Drive a modern, well-maintained fleet of Scania and Volvo vehicles, all under 6 months old ensuring reliability and comfort on the road.
• Deliver goods to depots across the Southwest and Midlands
  , adhering to planned schedules and route requirements.
• Provide outstanding customer service
  , engaging professionally with clients both in person and over the phone to represent the company positively.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the transport team, offering real‑time updates to support smooth operations and manage customer expectations.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with operational procedures, safety standards, and industry best practices.

• Full UK Class 1 (CE) Licence
  — essential for operating articulated vehicles.
• Valid Driver CPC (DCPC) and Digital Tachograph Card
  — ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
• Experience with fridge trailers is beneficial, but full training will be provided for those new to refrigerated transport.
• Previous experience delivering directly to client sites is advantageous and demonstrates confidence in customer‑facing roles.
• Strong commitment to customer service
  , with a professional and courteous approach at all times.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  , maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Confident and polite communicator
  , with a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Solid geographical knowledge of the South West, Midlands, and surrounding areas.

• Competitive Salary
  :
  Hourly rate of £16.81ph. This includes holiday pay. Weekends between £19.89ph & £22.97ph depending on hours worked.
