Corporate Commercial Solicitor - 3+ PQE Bridgwater

Are you a driven Corporate Commercial Solicitor ready to take your career to the next level? We're working with a dynamic and forward-thinking West country law firm to recruit a talented solicitor for their Bridgwater office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team within a multi-office practice that's making waves across the region. The firm is known for its entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative culture, and high-quality client base spanning SMEs, regional businesses, and national enterprises.

You'll be joining a thriving corporate commercial department, advising on a broad range of matters including:

• M&A transactions
• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• Commercial contracts
• Corporate governance
• Business structuring and reorganisations

You will work closely with senior colleagues and clients, taking ownership of files and contributing to the strategic growth of the team in Bridgwater.

We're keen to speak with solicitors who:

• Have at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
• Are confident managing their own caseload and building client relationships
• Demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Are ambitious, proactive, and keen to contribute to business development

• Multi-office presence across the West country with a strong regional reputation
• Supportive leadership and clear progression pathways
