Immediate start: starting as soon as possible due to an increase in production. The role works in the Soft Gel Department on a 4 days on and 4 days off schedule (6:00pm to 6:00am). The shift is a 12‑hour night shift, with a night shift premium.

• Ensure products are produced as per plan, on time, and right the first time.
• Manufacture and blend capsules and liquids to the highest standards.
• Work on individual and group machines, operating to achieve required capsules and liquids.
• Prepare machinery before production and carry out testing to ensure it is in working order.
• Comply with the highest quality standards, BRC and Food Standards.
• Ensure all paperwork and manufacturing documentation are completed accurately and on time.

• Working pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off (6:00pm to 6:00am).
• Rate: £12.25 per hour increasing to £14.25 plus an additional £1 night shift premium through our training matrix.
