Production roles serve on a 4 days on and 4 days off schedule (4x4). Each shift runs from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Ensure products are produced as per plan, on time, and right first time
• Manufacturing and blending capsules and liquids to the highest standards
• Working on individual and group machines, operating to achieve required capsules and liquids
• Prepare machinery before production and carry out testing to ensure all is in working order
• Comply with highest quality standards and those of BRC and Food Standards
• Ensure all paperwork and manufacturing documentation are completed accurately and on time

Starting rate £12.25 per hour, increasing to £14.25 through our dedicated training matrix, with a quarterly production bonus.
