Market Group Manager – Cyber and Intelligence

Frazer-Nash Consultancy is recruiting a Market Group Manager covering our business activities in Cyber and Intelligence. This critical role will advance our business development and sales strategy in the Cyber and Intelligence market.

Location: Hybrid working pattern across UK offices, with Bristol preferred.

Salary: £100,000 – £110,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Closing Date: 18 January 2026.

• Oversee business development efforts across key defence, engineering, and technology sectors, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Build and manage long‑term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and first point of contact.
• Accountable for identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline, performance, and market intelligence to senior leadership.
• Line manager for a group of Business Managers, providing functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring.

• Proven business development and sales experience, ideally within the UK Defence Nuclear Enterprise and related sectors.
• Ability to engage technical teams and translate complex offerings into compelling business value.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Organised professional with a strategic mindset and a results‑driven attitude.

• Background in consulting is advantageous.
• Existing network within defence primes, government agencies, or related industries.
• Experience with framework agreements and public sector bids.
• Degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
