We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established regional law firm for an experienced 'Private Client Lawyer' to join their newly expanded office in West Dorset. • Manage a broad caseload of private client matters with confidence and technical proficiency.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
• Contribute to business development and the strategic planning of the department.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to share best practices.
• Work independently while also providing mentorship and support to junior members of the team.

• At least 5 years' PQE in private client law.
• Deep technical knowledge across a wide range of private client issues.
• Proactive, client‑focused mindset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
• A genuine interest in business development and collaborative working.
