Job Title:

Complex Case Manager (Non-Clinical).

Location:

Brighouse, Field Based, Travel Required.

Contract:

Full-Time, Permanent. Salary:
Up to 35K depending on experience plus bonus and on-call payment.

You will play a huge role in building a community of care that respects and supports everyone (clients and workers alike).

• Part of a team — nurses/everyone coming together and leaning on each other.
• Working closely with your Registered Service Manager and Nurse Case Manager(s).
• Centralised support teams to take a little off your plate and keep things running smoothly (HR, Payroll, Quality, Marketing).
• In-house recruitment to ensure you have staff for care packages; zero agency use.
