Shifts – Afternoons 2pm-10pm and Nights 10pm-6am

• Assembling high-quality products including sash windows, casement windows, and aluminium doors.
• Preparing, machining, welding, reinforcing, and glazing profiles for assembly.
• Installing ancillaries such as hardware and astragal bars.
• Using basic maths skills for accurate measurements and dimensions.
• Maintaining excellent quality standards, identifying and escalating any defects.
• Supporting a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
• Helping to onboard and train new starters in line with our standards.

• Great attention to detail and ability to follow clear processes.
• A self‑motivated, can‑do attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• Previous experience with PVCu or Aluminium is an advantage but not essential.
• A commitment to producing work to high standards while meeting targets.
• Reliability, good time‑keeping, and a strong focus on health & safety.
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills through further training.
